I have been doing business with Sentry Storage for the past six months -- rented a storage unit, rented several Uhaul trucks, bought supplies, mailed out packages -- and in every business transaction, Heather and her male and female associates have been cooperative, knowledgeable and upfront. They have sweetened my life enormously, and I am happy to rate them accordingly. My husband, Dan, agrees with my assessment and rating of five stars.
Absolutely horrid!!! There are 2 girls running the place and they are sleazy, rude! I could not believe it! They seemed like they were on drugs or something and there was a place in the middle of the complex, Struts and people with keys and bags went in and out all the time I was trying to rent, and then 3 and a half hours later the nitwits told me, we don t have any to rent, . And when I said, what , the idiots got really #\$%\$ and jumped all over me and said they wouldn t rent to me even tomorrow! What slobs! Who hired th... read more
