Why can I never get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment?! I got a missed call from Sentry Health 4 days in a row and I call back almost immediately and after waiting for over 10 mins to speak to someone, they take my information and say will call me back to rebook and it has been a cycle of phone tag. Do not recommend this clinic due to the unacceptable behaviour from the reception desk.
The absolute worst reception to deal with!
The doctors are great. Dr.Zarah is very caring person. She listens to patient very carefully. The receptionist behavior is not acceptable in calls for making an appointment .(they behave like automated bell canada Service saying press 1,press5 ect.).There is hardly any human touch In customer Service and poor english pronunciation.
I don't understand why there are so many low/poor reviews. I changed doctors to Sentry Health a little over a year ago and have had the best experience ever. The receptionist is a blast and has such a wonderfully welcoming personality, the nurse is amazing and thoughtful and the doctor actually listens to me and understands her patient. Since I've changed doctors, I couldn't be happier.
