WORST FAMILY PRACTICE EVER! Extremely difficult to get to the receptionist on phone and to get an appointment even for existing patients. The automated voice is the only thing I keep hearing when I call them. So frustrated with them. Update : Increasing to 2 stars. I booked an appointment online and a GP called me 15 minutes late. However he was kind enough to listen to my issue and refer me to a specialist and give me my requisitions.
Extremely difficult to get through to a receptionist. I generally wait several days for a response, and end up on hold for over 20 minutes every time I call. The automated voice system also glitches quite a bit. This office has the potential to be a great resource for patients, but not even being able to get in touch with your doctor’s office is unacceptable.
About two weeks ago, my boyfriend contacted Sentry Health and had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience. The woman who answered the phone was super rude, and when he politely asked to speak with Prem, who could be heard in the background, the call was suddenly disconnected. They later called back saying they only needed to confirm his phone number. The entire phone interaction with them caused him unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Dealing with this office is incredibly stressful and traumatizing, they do bare minimum to help patients, treat them like a third party and rarely return calls, I’m dealing with a disability issue and I am being dragged through the dirt and losing my patience with this office, I will be changing family doctor, this is atrocious behaviour for a medical office, do better. If I could give 0 star I would have!
Why can I never get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment?! I got a missed call from Sentry Health 4 days in a row and I call back almost immediately and after waiting for over 10 mins to speak to someone, they take my information and say will call me back to rebook and it has been a cycle of phone tag. Do not recommend this clinic due to the unacceptable behaviour from the reception desk.
