I am constantly having problems with this office. I make appointments and wait and noone calls. When I call I get a woman who can't answer any questions. Why am I given appointments when there's no Dr available?? I run out of prescriptions too often causing me mental anguish. This clinic has become extremely unprofessional. I really miss Dr Nandy! Always difficult to get doctor appointment since the beginning of this office. Ans she find deferent doctors every after two to three appointment. Very disappointed

Terrible, the Doctors are ok. Everything else is absolute chaos and inconsistent. Administration and staff need to be retrained or find a new system that works. No respect for their patients or their needs. Doctors often taking leaves for duration of weeks to months....

WORST FAMILY PRACTICE EVER! Extremely difficult to get to the receptionist on phone and to get an appointment even for existing patients. The automated voice is the only thing I keep hearing when I call them. So frustrated with them. Update : Increasing to 2 stars. I booked an appointment online and a GP called me 15 minutes late. However he was kind enough to listen to my issue and refer me to a specialist and give me my requisitions.
