This review is really late, one year after Sentry replaced my roof. Kyle was excellent in organizing the schedule and meeting our needs. The crew replaced our large roof in one day, and did a great job of cleaning up. Our new roof survived hurricane Helene with no issues, and we were in a hard hit area of Spartanburg county. Our neighbor altered us to a visual issue with our roof that she could see, and we did not know about. We had a card from Sentry Construction when they did an inspection on our roof about 2 years prior. Nathan was very professional, knowledgeable and was honest about us not needing any roof work at the time. Now 2 years later, we have to have someone that we could trust come and tell us what was wrong give us an estimate on repairing it, so we called Senty. JD came out and looked at my father’s roof today due to him seeing a little water from heavy rains. He was very professional and very knowledgeable he was very honest and stated he did not see any issues with the roof and had recommended gutters. We have used Sentry for the last 3 yrs. They did an excellent job when we had our siding updated a couple of years ago. And most recently replaced our roof and replaced our front porch with excellent workmanship. The crew is always polite and clean up after themselves and the work is completed in a quick fashion we couldn’t believe they did our roof in one day in the middle of all the heat we’ve been dealing with. hats off to these guys they earn a five star review!
