Awful, unresponsive, poorly trained phone service. They refuse to provide contact information to escalate a problem. A very simple problem (turns out) took two people and more than 30 minutes on the phone with no resolution. You should be embarrassed.

This month Las Vegas switched over to Sentrilock and if you didn't expect anything better than supra, you are fine. BUT, if you were looking forward to the Android app, DON'T use it. It is not ready for prime time. Needs alot more beta testing and a ton of work. I will be using my card until Sentrilock finds capable developers who can actually fix the problem.

I was very frustraded at the beginning of this new system . But I was also amazed at the great customer support I received from them. The issue has been fixes. :) I hope. :)

Like the security the system provides my customers. Having my own card reader makes renewing my card a breeze. Only had a few glitches with lock boxes but tech support was awesome with resolving and troubleshooting problem.

RMLS of Oregon went from a system that was simple & automated to the SentriLock system, which requires a card, a code, a RAD device, a separate charger and another corded device. I need to start keeping all this in a briefcase. No cell signal = no update, no cord = no charge, no code = no access. Supra had a fob that attached to your smart phone (1 thing) and require no charge (powered by phone) and no cell need because wifi could work too. We went from the 2010's to the 1980's with SentriLock!
