worst customer service I have ever ever seen. I hope I can convince my association to never work with them again. Terminated my card because they couldn't find the admin user account I set up years ago and have been using ever since... including today. Refused to give me an email address when i wanted to show proof of the login and ask for help. Refused to help me set up a new admin account since they wouldn't even take the time to find the account we are currently logged into.
