Awful customer service. They just hang up on you when you call them! With everything going on you would think they would work with agents & not hang up on them because we need help.
It can easily be removed with bolt cutters. Once removed from a property, there's no way to tell the owner of the lockbox if it's been damaged or opened. I can save $100 & purchase an electronic lockbox that's Just as, if not more, efficient. I've had TWO boxes simply removed. No alert if the box has been damaged. No alert telling me it mechanism has been opened. The same type of device is $100 cheaper & offers just as little security.
The ability to provide my clients confidence that I respect their home and properties enough to invest in a product that enables state of the art key/lock protection and accountability means the world to me and even more to them. The app enhances the convenience and ease of doing so. Everyone I the real estate industry should subscribe to the app. It is so easy to use and track properties being accessed or set up showings!
I am not sure if it is SentriLock's problem. I went to open a house today, and the lock box showed card-error, I had to call and have someone help to open the lock box. The next house i went to, I did not have any problems. I got back to the office and tried another lock box and had no problems.
RecommendedThey are great! They're right on top of your call & so ready to help & very knowledgeable on what ever problem you are having.
Whenever I've had a problem the customer service has always been able to walk me thru my problem. I love the new Sentrilock boxs. Such an improvement over the old boxes.
Sentrilock doesn't allow Realtors outside that Assoc to use their service. Bad for buyers and Bad for sellers
No one at customer service knows what they are doing! 🤬
