Wish I could give a negative 5 star review. Booked an apartment four months ago and two days before our stay the manager, Dalton Mitchell, cancelled our reservation. Then he proceeded to tell me I could rebook in the 1630 building with a 20% discount. I looked at the options and the prices were above what I originally booked for even with the measly 20% off. We were a tad dissapointed with our stay. Check in was rocky as i didn’t receive a code for the room after checking in at the kiosk. Upon entering, our room had pet fur on the couch & stains, the floor was not properly swept/mopped, there was substance on the wall in our bathroom and the hot water did not work in the main bathroom shower (we had four people, the extra shower was much needed) I reached out to support and they had someone come clean the next day and someone check the shower but the hot water still did not work... read more

Incredibly unsafe. Cars getting broken into left and right and the management doesn’t do anything about it. Edit: I see your response and can only respond publicly here. We have already talked many times, but your team has done nothing at all to make the parking garage more safe. No new cameras. No recourse for affected residents or guests. Stayed here for a few days. Everything was decent besides the check in process which was broken. Had to text the team to gain access to the room when the payment pad would not work. Not a very suitable hotel of a late night check in if your flight gets in late. Really frustrating if you’re on a time crunch. The checkout was the same the pad couldn’t find my reservation so had to text the team again.
