I had a wonderful experience living at Sentosa Riverview for the past year. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The building is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors and helpful staff. The amenities like the pool, gym, and common areas were always kept in great condition and made daily life more enjoyable. Living at Sentosa has been a positive experience overall. Like any place, it's not perfect-but what makes it special are the people, especially Nichole, our amazing leasing expert. I've lived in Building 4 for two years, and while we've had the occasional hiccup (like the elevator going out for the first time recently), the team here is quick to address issues. In 2022, I moved to Riverview to be near my family. After searching high and low for an apartment, I decided on Sentosa and even waited 2 1/2 months at my sister's and brother in law's for the apartment to be available in November 2022. BEST DECISION!! New apartment, safe and quiet environment, amenable neighbors and accommodating management and maintenance. My partner and I moved in last October, under the impression that it was lovely neighborhood with great amenities and polite staff. Our leasing agent, Nicole was fantastic and sold us on it! Only I wish now, that she hadn’t. It’s been several months and here are some reoccurring issues that we’ve had each month since.
