Great experience with my booking and fabulous service at the Quadra location thanks to Sherri for such great help.
It was extremely disappointing to learn that even though my unit was cleared over on September 30th, the company will charge me 100% of October. While I understand that the 30th was a holiday and the staff was not able to check the storage was cleared, I would’ve expected a reasonable compromise and a proportional charge for October. More disappointing was the call received from the store manager who frankly was not willing to listen but provide a non-stop monologue. There was no client focus or compromise.
