Called made an appointment to meet at their office to rent a storage locker. Went early, stayed late - nobody showed up. Knocked on the locked office door - guy inside looked at me then looked away. Called the office, left a voicemail - zero response. If time is valuable to you, don't waste it here. I Called another storage company and had my locker and access code within less than 30 minutes. 1 star for standing up your customers and the zero followup. Do better , or at least dont waste peoples time 👎

I was in there a couple of weeks ago. A girl named haily. Was very helpful with getting me a storage unit. She definitely went beyond for me Great guest service. Very friendly
Storage rental places can sometimes be a hassle. But my experience here wasn't like that at all!! Evelyn(manager) and the other lady(sorry... forgot your name) involved made renting from here a positive. Even though Evelyn was showing the other employee their system, it didn't really slow the experience. Just allows for some chitchat 😀 So price was good, which is always the main thing!!!! Deserves the 5!! And best of all, Evelyn and I share an AWESOME year!!!!
