I rented a storage unit at Sentinel Storage on Ricardo Road in Kamloops for several years. Unfortunately, my experience ended very badly. I asked for a refund, was told no, and my second email to the manager was ignored. During the 3 year rental, the unit had only been opened 2x. The second time it was opened was this spring and I reported to the manager that there were droppings inside what I had thought to be sealed suitcases and sealed totes.
