Karen in the office at Sentinel Storage in Kamloops was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We appreciate the user friendliness of their online customer portal, the hours of access to our storage unit, and 3 month promotion they currently have in place. It's amazing what you can fit inside a 5x10 unit.
This storage facility is fairly typical, paved, rodent control, snow removal. When I rented 8 months ago I was shocked at the rate of $255 (every 4 weeks) for a 10'X15' every 4 weeks but was told it's the high demand in Kamloops so I paid. Of course they make you buy their lock and if you don't buy your own content insurance then you have to buy it from them. That's a cash grab that other facilities don't do, whether or not I want to insure my contents is my business not theirs! It has no impact on their carrier policy! But ... read more
Outstanding... Understanding that what I was storing was very heavy, they offered me a different location with far easier access for less money. A very rare thing nowadays. And it's a Canadian company..Bonus
Sentinal Storage in Kamloops, I went to two locations to research what I was looking for in a storage unit and this place was great they have wonderful customer service, nice storage units all different sizes to suit your needs. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful they took me on a tour of the whole place and showed me all the security features like gates, locks, and the security boxes at the gate that you have your own code for. I would definitely recommend Sentinal storage if your looking for a unit.
