We used Howard to sell a house in Maryville. Attentive, knowledgeable, great to work with and great attitude/personality. All went smooth and fortunately the house sold quickly. We were very pleased with Sentell real estate (Howard) and recommend them highly.

Mixed review of Sentell Real Estate. Very responsive and good communication throughout entire process. Was disappointed that they did not have a realistic idea of what correct pricing should have been for my area. I was pressured to reduce the price of my house when I refused several offers that contained unreasonable terms (almost 50% offers to showings ratio). Howard did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf and provided valuable insight during the entire process from preparing our home to final negotiations. We fee he advocated on our behalf and got a sale for an amount we were very happy with. 5/5 would recommend to friends and family, in fact, he sold out in-laws home as well!
