This office is not patient friendly at ALL. No compassion. Had an appt for a test which took months to get in the first place. Dealing with a screaming toddler trying to get out the door, ran a few minutes late. Dropped the child at sitter and called ahead to let them know I was a few mins behind. Well, that person never informed the front desk. Arrived 16 mins late, they have a 15 minute policy and would not see us. Really?
