By far this was my fastest and most efficient urgent care trip. All staff members were kind and quick with my care, and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy before I even left the building. It was my first trip to a Sentara urgent care but if in the future I ever needed to be seen immediately I would go to this location again. 10 stars.

Friendly staff and clean and spacious facility. Leaps and bounds better than patient first especially because simple mistake with prescriptions was fixed within moments. Don’t consider anywhere else in Hampton roads. Thank you for providing the care that allowed me to get rest and perform my responsibilities.
