Took our insurance at the beginning of the year and now saying they don't. Lady was rude about it and they're super inconsistent
Sarah was great, and my nurse and NP Ashley were amazing. I wish I had asked my nurse’s name because she was so kind and attentive. Everyone I interacted with was professional, polite, and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the whole visit felt smooth and well-organized. Truly a great team working there.
Good experience on a Saturday afternoon as the last customer. The wait wasn’t long. The front office worker was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The medical staff (Javier Lopez) took the time to discuss my needs and gave helpful recommendations and referrals.
My best comparison to this place is a grocery store or a fast food restaurant in the evening... The night crew is usually slacking, a little professional, and a lot of times it's a bunch of younger people running the place in a playful atmosphere. Not a good look for a healthcare facility at all!!! I figure the daytime crew probably saves them on some of these reviews lol. The receptionist was kind and professional...
