My son and I had a motor vehicle accident 2 months ago. Needing to follow-up and the Nurse Practitioner refused to see us because we had not seen her before we had originally seen Rodger talbot the PA and he is away for 12 weeks but she being enept and nervous refused to see us. Why do they hire people in ergent care who are unsure of themselves???? We were the 2nd person she refused to see while we were they're

Worst place ever especially for Billing / Insurance related concerns. They submitted my claim incorrectly. Tried calling them to correct it and was told that it will be resubmitted. After 3 weeks, they sent me collection notice. Spent 1 hour holding on phone. When the representative pick up, she listened to my concern and intentionally disconnected. Seriously. Shame on you!!!!!

Just went in lady at the front desk told me I could not be seen even though I told her I was having breathing problems and it was emergency I told her 3 times and she told me to go on elsewhere unacceptable. I got irate and started raising my voice and she told me I'm yelling so I must be able to breathe that is completely unacceptable in the medical profession. Not one person in the waiting room but apparently it's acceptable when somebody tells you that it's an emergency and they can't breathe to go somewhere else. Previou... read more
