Jody and KT were Wonderful! However Sentara billing applied general codes with no explanation and no dialogue to help me understand why 2 appointments, 30 minutes each came to $1447!! $1447!!!!! Although Jody and KT were great, Sentara makes this place unaffordable!
Therapist Ryann Womble and Therapist Jody McNamara are the best Physical Therapists! I love doing my physical therapy with both of these ladies. The staff is amazing too. I am sure all of the other Therapists are top notch as well, I just have not worked with any of them. They are great assets to the Sentara organization. Sentara should be proud of their accomplishments and their outstanding customer service. From a happy client! I’m so impressed with the speech therapy I received through Jaymie. She not only taught me how to do certain exercises but explained why and how they would help my vocal cords. The results are amazing and I’m so glad I was sent here for my therapy.
