The therapists and the stuff are lovely, and the work they do really helped. The rating reflects a stickers shock i got after getting the bill. Roughly $830 per visit (under an hour), even after insurance contractual adjustment it was $175 per visit out of pocket. As a customer i am happy with this particular office, but not happy with Sentara billing practices and outrageous charges.
This is an awesome place for physical therapy. The team is AMAZING. Each person adds a different dynamic that's needed. Julia, James, Jordan and Mia were my therapists and I'd take them with me in my pockets if I could.
