I love Dr.Donald Jenkins and I'm sure I will like his other half on my next visit
I had an urgent medical condition that was referred to this office . Appointment was for 6 weeks out. Apparently the one and only surgeon is only in the office for a few minutes a day otherwise in surgery. They seem to me to be focused on income not patient care. I was able to find another provider in the same facility in 3 days.
The surgeon did a wonderful job but the communication system set up with the office is horrible. I called once last week to ask a question about recovery, left a message and never got a call back. Then I called last night to speak with the on call physician because of pain I was having at the surgical site and NEVER received a call back. I understand if this place is understaffed or something but NEVER getting a return call either of the times I tried to reach someone is sad.
Getting dates for surgery is a nightmare. My spouse diagnosed with Gallbladder stone and in immense pain and they can't give a surgery date until late August...awful...
Do I have to make an appointment in person? I've been calling the office for weeks now and no one answers the phone. I understand the work load in those places are a lot but if someone has been calling for weeks without any answer then what are staff doing?
