Dr Brown was great. Will use her again if surgery is needed.
I really appreciated that I did not have to wait. I was taken in right away and the actual appointment brief met all my immediate concerns. Dr. Rudolph had reviewed all my medical records giving him insight into this very difficult medical challenge. So it is with confidence in his ability and skills actually the whole Sentara experience that I would recommend without reservations.
Dr Jenkins' hernia mesh implant procedure failed prematurely. The first attempt at a consult appointment was botched with my insurance. A second attempt, further out, was approved but after driving 2.5 hours to his office, he wasn't even there and I had to reschedule. I asked if there was a different doctor i could see today and was told no. Then they proceeded to reschedule me.. WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR! Not impressed! Quite the opposite, actually.
