Check in staff not friendly and had to interrupt a conversation between 3 employees after one eyeballed me and continued on with her social hour. Scott, who took me back to the room, was amazing. Need more people like him. 2nd appt waste of time... not examined again for any difference after 6 wks of PT... walks in tells me I need an MRI, hands me the order and leaves.
First time I came the lady checking me in was okay but sitting upstairs now already irritated because I feel more like an interruption to the employees social hour. Lady checking me in was robotic - whatever. However I walk up and ask if I need to check in up here because I was not advised what to do and had to tap on the counter and interrupt 3 people from a personal conversation even after one of them looked me in the eyes to ask what to do. The doctors my son saw were amazing, which is why I gave two stars. RMH seems to have an issue with training. They told me my card declined when I was paying a copay, when in fact it went through and I was charged twice. When calling billing I was told they get this same call 10-15 times a day. I sent proof that I was double charged and as if a month later still have not received a refund, just the pleasure of talking with people who hate their job and have no interest in providing customer service. Had an appointment for L5-S1 epidural injection, the nurse, doctor and technicians were all great - professionalism and excellent healthcare!!
Appointment made with Linda, she’s SPECTACULAR! Almost no wait day of. Guy that took me back and one who did MRIs were both very nice. Good place (as long as they get your order.)
