I always have great experiences at the RMH Breast Center Funkhouser in Harrisonburg. All doctors, nurses and staff are very kind, patient and caring! A big shout out to Ms. Victoria Krauss, NP. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with her exams while being kind and personal with her patients. She takes time to listen and answer questions. I was especially impressed when she personally gave me a call as soon as she got the results back from the mammogram as promised. Thank you so much for all you do for your patients!
Want to personally thank Charlotte Bow for being such a great person and Sentara is blessed with her as an example of what quality care should be...She definitely make bad situations better by just truly caring...
The staff and center absolutely go above and beyond to make an uncomfortable test as easy going as possible. They took all the anxiety away with kindness, humor, and grace. And the results were in my chart the same day!
Incompetent staff and doctors. They refused to look over images from UVA where the doctors there were requesting a second opinion of their original "findings" When asked for an explanation the manager was extremely rude stated they make their decisions based on hearsay and not necessarily concrete images and facts. She disregarded and manipulated the conversation to cover to their bases. Please be careful in going to this office.
