This office is a joke. An appointment was made in person, after my referral was sent 3x and they claimed they never received it. Then I was contacted the same day being told I probably would not be able to be seen by them due to a chronic condition; I was diagnosed with EDs over 15 years ago and it is unrelated to why I need to be seen. I have abnormal bloodwork that is not related to EDS. The scheduler apparently spoke to the provider at that time and chose to keep the appointment. I went see Dr. Khalique for my joint/body pain. She ran blood tests, and said that while my blood work showed rheumatoid arthritis, my joint/body pain was not typical of the diagnosis, and that she didn't know what I had. She had me do an MRI to look for ankylosing spondylitis, and promised that they would take my insurance there. Come to find out, they were out of network, but didn't tell me. I see Dr. Ko. She is amazing. Came in with Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms. She created the perfect treatment regimen. I am pain free and on a great treatment plan. She is very thorough and listens intently. Highly recommend.
