Too unprofessional to even return a phone call. If you aren't going to call back, you shouldn't instruct people to leave their information and then lie and say you will call back on your recording.
No word can say how disappointed I am in this office don't ever go there. The staff is rude and uncaring.
I am giving Josenea' not sure I am spelling correctly these 5 stars because she deserves a raise and praise. I called 7/12 and several other times up to today 8/9 and she has been a bright light in my path to help get my special needs son a appt for a new dx about his right middle Lobe. This has been a very concerning time for us. She has returned my calls promptly and not once was she rude or short with me. She got me! Great experience doing a home sleep study. Everything was quick and explained well. Courteous staff.
Probably the best doctors appointment I’ve had, they were all amazing from the front desk to the doctor I’m so impressed. Dr. Marina Johnston was super thorough, would definitely recommend her.
