In 2018 my daughter was born and became a patient of Dr. Brooks. During 2018-2020 we told her that our daughter wasn’t sleeping, couldn’t be put down, and was having night/day terrors for hours on end. We cried and told her how we tried everything and nothing was working. She told us we were hypochondriacs overreacting and that this was all normal. It’s hard to get anyone to even answer the phone. And god forbid you need to reschedule or get in sooner because your kid is sick. The nurse hotline is amazing though, they’ve helped so much with advice and to calm your nerves when you can’t get through to an actual doctor.
Dr Brooks is great and we loved her as our son's pediatrician. But I have called so many times and have left multiple voicemails wanting to make an appointment for our son and nobody answers the phone or calls us back. I even tried using the extensions for the other doctors just to try and speak with somebody. But still no contact, it has forced us to find a new pediatrician. Dr. Brooks was still great though, this review is not to reflect on her as a pediatrician.

I just want to stsrt off by saying that my review is not for the office as a whole but Dr. Seagull. I inheritated her as my sons primary care physician after his other one retired. She was very dismissive over multiple apts and I had asked for my son to have a allergy test because something was causing allergies and I suspected cats. She asked me what would I do if he was allergic.to cats and instead of giving him the allergy test told me to give him benadryl.
