I have very much appreciated my experience here. It has taken me a bit to understand all of the issues that went along with my fractured scaphoid. I was really pleased with the experience I had overall from intake with Betsy and her coworker to my meeting with Dr Hess. I felt that between the nurse who greeted me and took my initial evaluation and Dr Hess, they listened and gave constructive feedback on my options for dealing with my back pain. I have to say, the entire process exceeded my expectations as someone who is skeptical of modern healthcare. The Valley is lucky to have Sentara/RMH Orthopedics
