Has to be the worst place for someone who is really sick to be! Apathetic staff in ER and it’s apparently more of a place for the treatment of minor ailments and sick call. No beds, not enough staff and LONG waits. Would be better off to go to a Veterinary hospital. Sad that our hometown hospital is so pitiful. Even if I’m dying I will pass it to go elsewhere.
The medical professionals in the labor and delivery center speak to patients like they are uneducated. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
My mom was transferred to Obici from another hospital. The care she has received has been very great. Everyone -doctors, nurses, care partners, transport, food service, janitorial Services- everyone has been great to work with The doctors have taken time with my family to discuss and make a plan of action for my mom. Although the outcome is not what we planned or want, God is in control of that- the staff here has been awesome. Thank you all
Today I was seen by a bunch of very professional, informative, kind, sweet Doctors and nurses! I tell you I have have surgeries at VA Bch General, Sentara Leigh General, and OBICI out cares ALL of them. Thank you Dr. G Wright for the clean-up of my hip and repair. I’m not out yet but I tell you its made that much of a difference. I appreciate you all! Very Accommodating, attentive, and I’d give you 10 stars if I could! ����������

This place is a disaster! Very rude and negligent staff! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ACTUAL MEDICAL CARE. you’d be better off at a Patient First, or even a veterinarian!
After coming to the ER tonight and seeing my Auntie and the way that Little white nurse with the dark brown hair acted . I hope I never have to come there. I’m from Tennessee and this is the worst Emergency Dept I have ever seen! I heard that nurse talking about a patient and saying bad things about her. That is not my business and I shouldn’t have heard what she said. DO NOT come to this place! Had my sick Auntie sitting in a recliner in a room with other sick patients. ����
