The ER is a joke. I think the people working in it really hate it here. Sad and disgusting.
The staff is very attentive and the amenities are second to none. While waiting for my Dads surgery they offered a nutrition room with drinks and snacks, so you dont have to leave.
every time I go to the er for something it's a joke. yesterday I took a really bad fall and twisted my ankle. it's very swollen and looks so bad. but they could have cared they but me in a room with just a chair not even a bed when i needed to keep my foot elevated. they took X-ray and that's it. when they saw it wasn't broken they should have done an MRI. and they didn't even ice it. all they did was ask me over and over if i wanted pain meds no i don't like narcotics and then wrapped it and that was it. i didn't expect the... read more

Last night I sat in the er waiting room for two hours without being called to the back. This the second time this has happened to me. The er is awful.
My husband had the best care here! The staff in Oncology ward are the best!
This has got to be the slowest hospital. Got here around 8pm it's almost 2am still havent been seen. Was told they've discharged several people and they're cleaning rooms. That was two hours ago. Asked how long it would take to be seen, was told a nurse would come talk to me, twice in the past 3 hours. No nurse, no updates.
This hospital lacks knowledge compassion privacy and bedside manner in the emergency department
