I arrived at 9:00 AM at the Sentara outpatient lab on Glenn Mitchell Drive after working a night shift, needing bloodwork completed for an upcoming procedure. The waiting room was completely packed — and I mean completely. There was nowhere to sit. I was given a card after providing basic information but was not informed that appointments were even an option. How? How is this sooooooo expensive yet soooo slow, rude, uncaring, just all around unprofessional. No one has any sense of urgency or empathy for any of the people here.
Wish I could give zero stars! The wait was almost 3 hours long. Very disappointing that they do not have this location staffed better! BIG BOOOO SENTARA
First of all they violated my HIPPAA RIGHTS By talking about my medical information out loud and secondly I checked in at 8:38 am and it’s now 9:50am and still haven’t been seen.
