I have been attending this office for many years. I see Alyse Piper and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. My whole family attends as well. Yes it is true they are a busy office but you can select to be put on the waiting list. The staff is professional and caring. They listen to me and I never feel rushed. I would reccomend this team to anyone looking for a medical professional with the knowledge to care for your whole family.
Nearly impossible to schedule an appointment here. Even though I have been seen at another Sentara affiliated location they see you as a "new patient." I guess some doctors had left the practice and aren't accepting any new patients. Don't waste your time with the Sentara Family Medicine practices- some locations scheduled as far as next year in April 2024 when it's only July. Look for other options!!
