I have been going to SFM for over 20 years, the staff is great. DR. Vanderhoff makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, while being an excellent doctor.
Been going here for over 20 years and unfortunately have seen some good practitioners retire or leave , Dr Merki is my current one and he’s good and his team is very good as well . I am usually seen quickly for my appointments and they address all my health care issues promptly and in a professional and caring way. I’m sure he will retire too but until then I will keep him.
I miss Dr. Charles. This place NEVER answers their phone. I'm out of my migraine meds & usually my pharmacy will contact them & my meds will be refilled this time nothing I've called twice nothing. This place is I'll probably have to go up there
This location literally never answers the phone. When you try to talk to a care team member it sends you to voicemail. I left one months ago and never got a call back. Don't waste your time.
Words cannot express the deep gratitude I have for Dr Vandenhoff and his care team. Doc V, as I like to call him, listens and is very responsive to my questions and concerns. He and his nurses make me feel like I’m their only patient because I know they’re super busy but they always reach out to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance.
