This location literally never answers the phone. When you try to talk to a care team member it sends you to voicemail. I left one months ago and never got a call back. Don't waste your time.
Words cannot express the deep gratitude I have for Dr Vandenhoff and his care team. Doc V, as I like to call him, listens and is very responsive to my questions and concerns. He and his nurses make me feel like I’m their only patient because I know they’re super busy but they always reach out to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. Always a friendly and informative visit. I love that my doctor is direct, honest, and to the point. He doesn't sugar coat the conversation, but you know he only says it for your best interest.
Definitely 5 stars, I would not change places for anything. Np Ashley Haller and Pa Katie bacon are the very best and I'm am so thankful for their care and compassion and all around professionalism and would never go anywhere else... Unless they did, lol. Thank you very much for everything. All the assistants and front desk ladies are so great and very experienced at their jobs. Thank you all for all you do,very much appreciated
