Excellent, professional and personable staff. I am a patient of Dr. Merki, and highly recommend him as a caring, experienced, informed physician who treats me as a real person, not as a combo of biological and chemical symptoms. I trust and value him and his willingness to follow up on concerns I have.
New facility, staff is very respectful, polite, attentive & professional. Dr. Vandenhoff is always willing to listen & address any questions, issues or concerns I may have. He does a great job of providing solutions and/or referring me to the right specialists when needed. I truly appreciate my Sentara Care Team.
