I loved this group when Dr. McGeehan was there. She left about 2 years ago for family reasons and suggested I got to Dr. Taylor at the ocean front office which i did, and was happy. In early December,calling in for a prescription refill, i was told Dr. Taylor was no longer there...no notification was given and no alterative was offered other than her replacement would arrive 'after the new year'. Today is January 9 and I am STILL unable to get an appointment or a prescription refill! I've tried to find a different PCP but ne... read more

I have been trying to get ahold of them for about a week now and there line is running busy and can not get through.
They care about nothing more than you putting money in their pockets. The staff is not very educated as they checked my insurance and the lady actually looked at me and stated im sorry your insured dates are 12/1/2015. YOU WANNA RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT MONTH?! Today date is 12/30/15........ and no i was not seen as no one in thé office had enough brians to understand this is the 12th month and tomorrow is the year 2016..... waste of time....to then have them same day drop me as a patient. .... wouldn't go here if you have any se... read more
