Had a horrible experience with the staff, the office manager and the assistance did very little to help me with my problems. My visit to Dr. Desai was top of the line. He was kind, professional, and explained everything to me in layman's terms. He answered all questions completely. He is the best cardiologist I have had in thirty years. Also, each staff person, from the front desk to his nurse was exceptional. I will return and highly recommend Sentara Cardiologist practice.
Front desk (Ms. Tiffany) was very polite, nice & helpful. The same as the medical assistant named Ms. Crystal. My dad's MD is Dr. Gentlesk. Like his last name he is gentle, very pleasing, took his time and informative. I would definitely recommend him. Set up your appointment asap. The wait at the looby is not that bad either. We went on a Monday about 10 mins wait. ♡♡♡♡♡♡ These people definitely have the gold of heart. I hope they never change. Thank you again Dr. Gentlesk you deserve an award!!!
