RecommendedBeen coming here a couple years and it’s truly a retreat within the city with its ambience and Presidio location. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and have recommended bodywork and stretches to recover after injury and stress. This place is a gem.

SenSpa is an absolutely beautiful spa! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the treatments are amazing. I had the Island Indulgence Body Treatment and it was wonderful.
Awesome SF wellness center tucked away in the Presidio. Offerings include Facials, Massage,acupuncture, Cranio Sacral, Chiropractic...much more. Steam Sauna & Infrared, meditation room and The Sumptuous Bamboo Garden relaxation area. I love this place so much I work here now�
