Called to schedule car viewing. Took 2 hr to get there & find them only to find out that the car was sold. They didn’t bother to call & let me know. I understand first come, first serv but they could have called me.

If a viewing was scheduled, as you suggested, we would have held the vehicle for you. Obviously we are not getting all the details in your review.
