I had a wonderful experience, up until when I paid. I had booked a pedicure/facial package and when I booked it over the phone, I was told I would receive the military discount. When I went to pay today, however, they would not honor the military discount or the price I was quoted. I ended up having to pay $40 more than I was expecting. I'm really frustrated with the staff for giving me misleading information. I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but my final interaction with them was terrible.
Planned a day at the spa for my fiancés birthday a month ahead of time and when we walked in for our appointment they told us someone called in sick and we were out of luck. They did not even give us a coupon or anything. ���������
Ms. True that works there was awesome. Sweet and nice, she got me everything I needed. Ms. Jamie did my facial, she is awesomeeee. I'm so relax and can't wait to come back
OMG the best experience in my whole life. The best birthday gift ever btw. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and dedicated.
