The staff at this clinic saved my mom's hearing - I would give them higher than 5 stars if possible. First, Kimberly squeezed my mother into an appointment for hearing test as she was nearing 10 days from have "sudden hearing loss". Then the audiologist and Kimberley worked hard to get previous hearing tests from my mom's last hearing clinic. Went for my first hearing test. I didn't know where to go so I googled places and this place had a good review. From the moment I booked right until the end of my appointment, I was very impressed and pleased with the service. The front desk lady, Kimberly was so welcoming and friendly. Carolina the audiologist was so kind, informative and her instructions were clear and easy to understand. She explained your results at the end and any recommendations she had. The staff did a wonderful job and especially Carolina was amazing. She did each and every test very well. Explained me complete anatomy of ear, helped me had relief by providing valuable information.
Very professional, quick and efficient service, went in for some wax removal and it was perfectly done in minutes. Highly recommended!
