From my very first visit (getting a tooth pulled) to my most recent visit (teeth cleaning) I have been very pleased. The staff and dentists are very friendly and professional. I enjoyed chatting with my hygienist, Megan. During my most recent visit. She made getting my cleaning a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend to my fAmily and friends
Dr. Richard Rutecki not only is a very gentle dentist but understands that emergencies come up and need to be taken care of right away. He and his staff took care of my emergency needs and was concerned to have my problem taken care of before I went out of town. They really can relate to you and your needs without being pushy and don;t try to bully you into things that you may not want or can afford. They truly understand the needs and wants of their patients.
I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and have always refused to go unless something was wrong. But my visit today was quick and efficient. The dentist explained why I was having pain in a way I could understand. I was very scared when I heard I was going to have a root canal but he explained it and said it wasn't a big deal and now I feel comfortable going back for my crown once my root canal is taken care of.
I would just like to say that finding this dentistry was a GOD send, very friendly, and everyone looked like they really enjoyed their jobs. Thank you an awesome experience Bobbie is the bomb!!!! Thank you !!
We went in for an examination and consultation. We were extremely pleased with our visit. The staff was very caring and made us feel very comfortable as they explained all the details of our future procedure, and was very helpful answering our questions. The dentist also was very caring and personable; and made us feel extremely comfortable by putting our minds at ease about our upcoming procedure. We came in nervous, and left feeling great!
Always have a wonderful experience with this dentist office. Highly recommended.
These guys got it down! The most thorough dental checkup/cleaning I have ever received from any practice. Bobbi was extremely helpful in giving advice and suggestions towards my dental care routine. Dr. Rutecki was very involved with my visit as well(seems like every other doctor just pokes around and tells you to have a good day). He welcomed and thanked me for coming to his practice, which I thought was a great gesture you don't come to expect in this type of setting. Thank you again, guys!
My visit with Bobbie for my cleaning was both very pleasant and enlightening. I have been to Sensational Smiles for another service but this was my first cleaning there. She did a great job on my teeth and gave me some very useful tips on maintaining healthy teeth and gums. The staff at Sensational Smiles are all so friendly and helpful.
Called early in the am with a toothache. Staff contacted me back right away. Front desk made me an appt right away. As usual Jamie was awesome and gentle. Everyone was great from front to back.
