Just had an appointment for all three kids simultaneously and everyone is alway so helpful and friendly :) My 6 and 4 year olds both went back all by themselves and my 18mo old didn't have too horrible of a time getting her teeth counted...the dentists and hygienists are all so patient and understanding with the kids! They also do a great job with adults too :) they take the time to explain things as answer any and all questions. They also never make me feel bad for not brushing and flossing as often as I know I should ;)
