Since the change of ownership, the quality of work has declined. Also, they will say they have time to fit you in and then you sit there for a half hour to 45 minutes waiting. Since they try to squeeze everyone in, they work fast and skimp on the job they are doing. They are very friendly and the place is nice. I just hope they adjust to bring the quality and service back.

Went for a pedicure. Happy with the overall look of my toes, but the massage was lacking. The man who did my toes had his headphones in the entire time so it was hard to catch his attention when the water was way too hot, for example. After he did the cheese grater device on my heels he dumped all of the shavings into the tub of water where my feet were soaking!! Then he put the cheese grater thing in there too to clean it! I had much higher hopes for an otherwise cute and spacious salon.

I absolutly LOVE my nails. I was told about Sensational Nails by a friend, and I was absolutly pleased with everything. I am going back, and can't wait!! -Clean -Friendly -Professional -Fast -Affordable Best nail set I have ever received. :)

I typically don't leave reviews, but I was absolutely thrilled when I left the salon. It is new, so very clean and updated. They were super friendly and made me laugh the entire time I was there. I went in for a full set of acrylics and they are by far the best nails I have ever had. This is coming from a person that has been to some high end salons (including Detroit, Chicago, and Indianapolis) and they don't even compare. Not to mention, I paid double for the less than mediocre nails I received from those salons. I can't s... read more
