Where do I begin? Keep in mind, I moved my patronage to this store from a store I've done business with for over 15 years, and I am overwhelmingly dissapointed in the tone, attitude, and energy I recieved from the store manager. I walked in today with my children (22 & 11 yrs old) and grandbaby (21 months); who was very sleepy, but with directly at our side. I LOVE that there's a beauty supply that's open 7 days a week!!! Plus the braiding salon in the back is beautiful!! Not only have I gotten my hair braided here but took my 2 granddaughters as well! The owner Mable is awesome and the staff id great!! Nancy is now my braider anytime I want my hair done!
my hair looks horrible and even after they 'fixed' it, the same braids slipped out 2 days later. (six to be exact) Blamed the customer because they gave differing and incomplete after care information. Better off letting a college student do it for the quality that you get.
I'm very pleased with my experience at sensational beauty!! Friendly staff/great customer service which is extremely important when I'm spending my money!!!! My hair looks amazing as well. I'll definitely be going back.
