Worst salon I've ever been in. Rude, very poor customer service. The lady that did my nails could barely speak English - I had to ask her to repeat everything she asked me. Overpriced. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone!
I love the way these ladies make you feel. It doesn't matter to them if you have been there 100 times or a first time they make you feel welcome!!!!
I have been going to this salon for about 6 years and it is truly my favorite place. The atmosphere is charming, the staff is friendly and gets to know you, it is just a very family oriented salon and I appreciate the services they provide. I will never go to another salon ��
Tracy has been doing my nails for about 3 years now and she does phenomenal work. All the employees are great. I would NEVER go anywhere else. She always does exactly what I want and I never have any problems. And a bonus, they are kind, which is rare nowadays!
I have been going to Tracy at sensation for well over a year now. She does an absolute fantastic job. A friend of mine goes to Jon and her nails are just as perfect! I used to go to Davi In Walmart but for some reason they always broke! Ever since I've gone to sensation I've never had a problem and will not go anywhere else. I also want to add, that sensation spa is very passionate about their customer service. If you are unhappy, let them know and I know they are always willing to fix it, just see Tracy or Jon.
I always go to unails but I went here for the first time because my nail tech was gone I went back to him today for a full only to find out their acrylic gave me nail fungus
