RecommendedI love their chips & salsa, guac, & just their food in general! Their staff is usually very efficient and friendly! It has been a family favorite for my family since 1976, when we first started doing family birthday lunches there!

we had an amazing dinner people there are always so amazing so courteous our waiter who I believe his name was Ryan but I'm not sure he's the owner son-in-law did a spectacular job will definitely go there many more times in the future
I come to Senor Manuel every time I have the happy occasion to find myself in Colorado Springs. It has been a family favourite for 40 years!
We have been coming here for years! It’s one of our favorite comfort food places. Wonderful sauces, awesome burritos and chimichangas. The rice and beans are the best!

Señor Manuels is our most favorite restaurant! Best margaritas in town and their food is always consistently delicious.....if that’s isn’t enough, their staff is awesome. Wonderful family run business that simply does things right! You must try Mark’s Flan.....it is AMAZING! See you there!!
