This place is absolutely pitiful and unacceptable that y'all are offering 12$ an hour. Working for home healthcare is 16.78$ per hour in Tennessee. Even working in a restaurant makes way more than that. Y'all are low balling for real. That's absolutely unbelievable. So I worked here for 2 days and within those 2 days sucked! I wasn’t properly trained none of the clients who I was training with let alone my my trainees knew I was coming. One of my trainees actually left me at the clients house by myself for an hour just to go “get him something to eat”. I feel that this company is very much unorganized and they should get better at being organized! The pay sucks very much and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone except for a college student who the hours work for !
So unorganized 0 outta 10 do not recommend
