I have worked for Senior Helpers going on 4 years now both in the office and the field. This truly is the best company I have ever worked for. You are valued as a client and appreciated as an employee.
Be cautioned- Do not work for NOR use this company for service. I was with them for over a year and they demonstrated frequent incompetence, dishonesty, and had a pervasive culture of treating their caregivers horribly. They treat caregivers disrespectfully and unfairly -such that there is very high turnover; they are perpetually short-staffed and shifts go uncovered/clients not receiving care.
