RecommendedI have been a CNA for going on 3 years now, in and out of a nursing home. I have been with SH for almost a year, in Warren but based out of Erie. And I dont have a bad word to say about them. My clients are wonderful, I have one permanent one now. Which we get along wonderfully. My hours are great. And they are so understanding. they fired me for no reason saying they had no hours for me. Their reasoning was lack of communication which makes no sense because I always talked to the scheduler and they wrote me up twice for the same thing, about my attendance. which you can only write up someone once for the same thing not twice. But they needed an excuse to fire me. They claimed they didn't have any clients and Corry, Union City, Wattsburg, Waterford, or anywhere surrounding where I lived. We used these folks for a few months. Overall, I am disappointed and this company would not be my first choice for at home care providers. Customer service and scheduling did not meet my family's expectations.
