My youngest daughter, Gina Abraham, a LPN in Illinois, but a Live-in Caregiver at Senior Helpers Franklin TN does every assigment with passion to meet my needs and satisfaction.
I would say terrible communication, but that would imply there actually is communication between management and client. It's been over two months since I've heard a word from them. I'm never notified of schedule conflicts, changes, or call-outs. They never answer the phone when I call, and they don't return my calls when I leave messages.
