I would say terrible communication, but that would imply there actually is communication between management and client. It's been over two months since I've heard a word from them. I'm never notified of schedule conflicts, changes, or call-outs. They never answer the phone when I call, and they don't return my calls when I leave messages. My caregiver is professional, provides exceptional service and is committed to my wellbeing. She is pleasure during her visits.
AVOID THIS AGENCY. We have used Senior Helpers for about 3 years for my dad. Most of the caregivers are good (not all of them) but the company itself is very unreliable. They don't communicate consistently - and sometimes not at all - when a scheduled caregiver won't be there, when they are replacing a scheduled caregiver with someone else, etc. Every time I complain they apologize and say they will make sure it doesn't happen again.
