I find the information that is given to a patient is extremely minimal. When I was told they were doing bloodwork, but never told what bloodwork was being done is a travesty. Lena Butch APRN was not helpful at all.
I called for an appointment for a non-emergency issue. The nurse returned my call within 15 minutes and said to come on down. I went and was in and out in 30 minutes. This is an amazing group and I highly recommend them. They truly care!!
