Fine, loud radiators, efficient landlords and reasonably priced. There are thin walls, so hear your neighbors. The pipes clang loudly. It is nice not to pay for gas and the rent is cheap. The maintenance crew is quick and efficient.
Large space, great location. Accepts pet. Casual and safe.
