Great service. Kathleen was very helpful and informative. I chose 850 Lake Shore Drive as my new home because of its location/ atmosphere.
We love everything about living here, from wonderful staff, to the great neighborhood with an new-ending array of great restaurants, stores, live theater and music venues, the list goes on and on. The amenities 850 NLSD has to offer (rooftop, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, party room) really sold us on this address. The apartments are extremely well-done with high end finishes and solid construction. We couldn’t be happier.
I love living in 850! Our building is gorgeous, my apartment is fabulous and the location is perfect! We also have the best doorman on Lakeshore Drive! We are so happy to have found the perfect place to live in Chicago.

850 LSD is hidden gem in Chicago. It is high class modern luxury wrapped in a sense of old Chicago charm. Its high touch personal service, grandiose White Room, indoor pool, fitness club and roof top garden overlooking the lake make me feel like I am living in Chicago’s premier private club.
It is a great place to live. Love the area and the building.
