RecommendedI was looking for a pediatric dentist because my 8 year old needed two fillings but my insurance didn't participate with any...I found Baldwinsville Family Dental and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did!!! The staff is soooo nice and accommodating. The office is very clean, bright and updated. The treatment rooms were set up inviting parents to sit facing their children during all treatments. Netflix is available in the rooms for kids to watch. I had a fear of dentists. I went for tooth pain and found out I needed quite a bit of dental work. I was extremely anxious however a staff member stayed with me the entire time helping me feel more comfortable. The staff was very understanding and accomodating. I highly reccomend this practice as they are not only professional but caring and gentle.
The staff here is amazing. I needed a lot of work done and they got me in right away to knock out the important things after being put off constantly by my previous dentist. Dr. Soltani is very thorough and is flawless at giving injections. Their customer service is unmatched and when it came to billing they showed me all the numbers before they started anything and told me exactly what I would be responsible for. I highly recommend this dental office.
