This was the most amazing place I’ve ever been to!!! I am TERRIFIED of dentists, the visit and everything. I also had some things going on so I needed to be in by a certain date and they were tremendously helpful with it all!! They consulted me and walked me through everything that was going to happen. They made sure I was calm and okay before starting anything. I got a crown done and a wisdom tooth that had come through my gums pulled and I didn’t feel a thing. I came here to find a new dentist and they were so friendly! Took me in early and used very clean and advanced dental technology. Everything was clean, normally I can see things wrong in offices because I use to work in some and I couldn’t find anything wrong. The staff is so kind and accommodating, they played Netflix on a giant TV in each room I was in, offered me water or juice, and talked to me about everything! A wonderful friendly staff that put me at ease from check in to the dentists! They got me in right away, and have taken care of me pain free and affordably. I wish I had found them sooner! Thank you so much ladies!

I have taken my children to several different dental offices but none compare to Baldwinsville family dental! The hygienists are PHENOMENAL with kids (mine are ages 3, 5 and 8). They put on a show for them to watch if they wish, show them all of the equipment and let them see what each item does before they begin their cleaning, and even help an anxious mommy to feel better.
The best staff around. They do their work when you are ready for it they never rush you
The staff is amazing here! My three year olds twins had their first check up today and the staff was great with them and even kept an eye on them while I got my cleaning.
